Family is important to me. From following in my father’s footsteps in attending the University of Notre Dame, to founding Brady Family Wealth in 2021, I have held the bonds of family close. I dearly respect the trust my clients place in our firm and take the responsibility of providing sound advice very seriously.

In charting my career path, I heeded Warren Buffet’s sage advice to understand the “language of business”, first as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, then expanding that knowledge to finance at the University of Chicago. It was there I discovered my love of studying financial markets, applying mathematics to value businesses and ultimately assess financial risk.

Achieving the rigorous and highly coveted Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation was an early pinnacle of my career. From 1986 to 2001, I advised corporations, but the pull of the greater impact I could make on families and individuals led me to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ – a move that has allowed me to help numerous families accomplish their important life goals.

With Brady Family Wealth, I have blended all my business passions. I treasure working side by side with Michael and Andrew. And I value using my decades-long expertise to help our clients achieve and maintain their own generational wealth.

Personally, my wife of 34 years, Lisa and I are over the moon for our granddaughter, Hallie. She is the light of our life, along with our 4 children, Daniel and Emily, in addition to Andrew and Michael. When I’m not focused on family, I enjoy a round of golf and fitness training.

Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer

As long as I can remember, I have had a passion for investing and teaching others how to make the most of their investments. As a co-founder of Brady Family Wealth and the firm’s Chief Investment Officer, I shape the firm’s investment philosophy and use my knowledge and experience to guide the strategic direction of the firm through research, planning and technology.

I love connecting and building relationships with individuals and their families. I enjoy working with clients to understand their objectives and use that understanding to craft comprehensive, customized financial plans and portfolios designed to meet their needs. Beyond investment advice, I guide my client’s investment behavior with the highest standard of care.

I started on my path by studying Finance at the University of Notre Dame. I went on to be a Valuation Associate at Deloitte in Chicago before joining Wells Fargo Advisors. In 2018, I earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation from the CFA Institute. Along with my father, I co-founded Brady Family Wealth in 2021.

When I’m not helping St. Louis families and individuals build a solid financial foundation, you can probably find me on the golf course or reading a good book.

Senior Wealth Advisor

I am the latest Brady to join the family business. I enjoy working with our existing clients, and I love using my skills to grow our practice by building new relationships with prospective clients and other professionals.

Like my father and brother, my most recent work experience was with Wells Fargo Advisors where I served as Vice President and Productivity Consultant. In this role I advised over 250 financial advisors on best practices for financial planning, investment management and practice management.

I am no stranger to hard work. In 2022, I spent weekends, holidays and even family vacations fervently studying for and ultimately achieving the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. I also hold the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation. As a Senior Wealth Manager, I use my strong financial planning skill set to enhance the lives of our clients, with an emphasis on generational wealth planning and helping employees take full advantage of their benefits offered through their employer.

Personally, I graduated from the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Management Services. My wife Shannon and I live in Nashville, and welcomed the newest member of the Brady family (a future financial advisor in training), our daughter, Hallie, in August, 2022.

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Having worked with Tom since 2014 at Wells Fargo Advisors, I was excited to join him in his new venture at Brady Family Wealth in 2021.

In my role as Senior Client Relationship Manager, I use my over 30 years of financial services experience to ensure that our clients’ administrative and operational needs are handled accurately and quickly. I oversee the day-to-day administration of accounts, including opening new accounts, updating existing account information, meeting client requests to move securities, and answering client inquiries.

I have always taken pride in providing the highest level of personal service. At Wells Fargo Advisors, I was honored to receive management’s Premier Client Associate for my professionalism, integrity and core leadership values. I know our clients expect an exceptional standard of service. Their appreciation is evidenced through the strong relationships I have built along the way.

“Family” is featured in the name of our firm and family is highly important to me. My husband Chris and I have three daughters: Jessica, Angie and Erica. We added our first grandchild Henry in 2023. Spending time with them, along with our dogs, brings me great joy. You can always find me reading, traveling or decorating…I love to stay busy.

I am excited to join Brady Family Wealth as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. I have over 10 years of industry experience and am committed to building meaningful connections with clients while also providing impeccable client service.  In my role, I am responsible for ensuring operational and administrative needs of clients are met accurately and efficiently and will also manage client-focused special projects.

Born and raised in Iowa, I attended Iowa State University where I cultivated a passion for finance and earned my degree in the field. Fueled by my desire for continuous growth, I pursued my aspirations further by attaining a Master of Business Administration from Drake University. In 2021, I earned my Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.

Having been raised on a Century Farm in Iowa that has been in my family for 120 years, I learned the values of hard work, resilience, and stewardship from a young age. I’m proud to bring those qualities to Brady Family Wealth. When I’m not at the office you can find me enjoying precious moments with my son, Dominic, and my daughter, Sienna, and keeping up with their many activities. When I create time for myself, I enjoy taking long walks on beautiful trails.
